The role emphasizes identity, governance and automation, with a focus on Go-based distributed services and MCP integrations. You’ll collaborate with an autonomous team, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure scalable, auditable deployments across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires medior or senior backend engineer with strong Go and distributed systems experience.
• Experience building secure, scalable AI platforms and integrations with LLM providers.
• Familiarity with authentication, token management and encryption technologies.
• Comfortable in a small, autonomous engineering team and documenting architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the AI platform, focusing on distributed services and event-driven architecture.
• Integrate language models and external tools via APIs and MCP.
• Implement identity, governance, secrets management and audit logging.
