Datashift is seeking a strategy-minded consultant to help clients scale AI responsibly. You will design governance models, risk and quality controls, and lifecycle processes from pilots to production, while partnering with leaders to frame problems and drive adoption.

You will operate across EU-aligned frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO 42001), manage stakeholder engagement, and build registries to embed AI into client organisations. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of consulting, strategy or business analysis experience with adoption of processes/governance.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals including generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience identifying and managing risk across AI, data, technology or compliance.

Responsabilités

• Design AI governance operating models: roles, decision rights, intake and approval flows.
• Build the AI lifecycle process from intake and risk triage through deployment, monitoring and retirement.
• Drive organisational change: onboarding stakeholders, embedding ways of working, building internal capability.
• Set up inventories and registries so clients know what AI they run and how it performs.
• Conduct comprehensive AI risk assessments and ethical evaluations for client systems.
