Qualifications

• Experience: A strong software engineer (mid to senior) with a solid CS background or equivalent and a track record of shipping real products.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery: take problems from discovery to production and iterate on outcomes.
• Be the trusted technical contact for one or more customers, owning the account technically.
• Diagnose customer pain, weigh impact vs effort, and feed improvements back into the product.
