Cream Consulting in Brussels is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build and deploy advanced AI solutions across industries. You will develop end-to-end AI use cases, engineer prompts, and collaborate with design, product and development teams.

Ideal candidates have a Master's degree, 3+ years in data engineering or AI, hands-on with OpenAI Agent SDK, and a strong Python / Azure ML background. Fluency in English and French or Dutch is required, with a passion for practical, scalable AI that

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in years of experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, AI or related disciplines.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (OpenAI Agent SDK, MCP Tools, etc.).
• Knowledge of Devops practices and CI/CD, or eagerness to learn.
• Proficiency in AI services and their integration into real-world business solutions.
• Solid programming background (Python, Azure ML Services, API integration).
• Fluent in English and in French or Dutch; passive understanding of the other language is a strong asset.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

WHAT IS AN AI ENGINEER AT CREAM ?

As Marie, AI Engineer at Cream, you will have a central role in designing, building and deploying advanced AI solutions. Your tasks will be :

• Develop end-to-end AI use cases and scenarios, from business understanding to solution deployment.
• Engineer effective prompts to optimize AI agent behavior and performance.
• Collaborate closely with design, product and development teams
• Leverage your creativity and expertise to design intelligent solutions that combine data, AI and business requirements.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTANT ?

• You hold a Master's degree or equivalent in years of experience
• You have minimum 3 years of professional experience in Data Engineering, AI or related disciplines.
• You have strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (OpenAI Agent SDK, MCP Tools, etc.).
• You have preferably strong knowledge of Devops practices and CI/CD OR eagerness to learn.
• You are proficient in AI services and their integration into real-world business solutions.
• You have a solid programming background (Python, Azure ML Services, API integration, etc.).
• You are fluent in English AND in French or Dutch; passive understanding of the other language is a strong asset.
• You have excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
