Allianz Technology is seeking an Engagement Manager for its AI Factory. You will turn OE and group pain points into funded AI projects, steer several engagements in parallel, and own the OE relationship beyond go-live.

The role sits on Allianz Technology's delivery interface with operating entities and requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders. You will shape demand, map reusable AI building blocks, and ensure timely delivery across the lifecycle while cutting scope as needed and

Qualifications

• A degree in business, management, technology, or related field; experience steering delivery in a large organization.
• Senior enough for OE leadership and Head of IT conversations; able to shape and trim scope.
• Strong stakeholder, business-framing, and roadmap-shaping skills for executive materials.
• Experience translating business problems into delivered software, ideally in insurance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership and driving topics forward in a build-up environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Form a half-pizza squad with Forward Deployed Engineers per OE engagement, with local IT/global vertical input.
• Shape and execute OE demand: make AI Factory capability visible early and map reusable blocks.
• Steer multiple engagements in parallel across the full lifecycle; transfer learnings between them.
• Cut scope when it doesn't earn its place; validate assumptions fast and adjust course accordingly.
• Own handover to global service or local IT; ensure run team involvement during delivery.
• Manage OE relationship post go-live and prepare structured communications for senior stakeholders.
