Jobtailor in Belgium seeks an Enterprise/IT Architect to lead Commercial EMEA Customer Engagement architecture, partnering with Product and Platform Owners to deliver end-to-end journeys across markets. You will craft robust, scalable designs using event-driven and API-first patterns while ensuring GDPR and security compliance.

You will evaluate feasibility, guide multi-vendor programs, and oversee architectural boards, sharing standards and reusable assets across teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or Bachelor's with relevant experience
• Broad IT experience across application, data and integration architecture
• Experience in agile teams
• Knowledge of integration patterns, event-driven architectures, and API management (REST/GraphQL)
• Experience with CRM SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Veeva)
• Strong consulting skills to map business needs to architecture roadmaps
• Clear communication to senior management and technical teams; balancing tradeoffs
• Strong collaboration across business, IT, and vendors
• Proficient in English
• Life Sciences or GxP experience preferred
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of SAFe agile architecture practices
• Experience establishing systems to monitor compliance with architecture standards
• Experience contributing to ROI / TCO decisions

Responsabilités

• Drive evolution of Commercial EMEA Customer Engagement architecture with product and platform owners
• Develop end-to-end architecture for customer engagement journeys across markets
• Apply integration patterns and design approaches (event-driven, API-first) for robust designs
• Ensure designs meet GDPR and Healthcare compliance and security expectations
• Lead agentic architecture concepts to enable AI-assisted workflows responsibly
• Evaluate feasibility and support decisions balancing business, technology and cost
• Lead architectural boards and document decisions for reuse
• Contribute to architecture standards, training across teams
• Partner with engineering and global IT to align delivery with standards
• Lead architectural efforts for large initiatives across multiple technologies and vendors
• Engage with industry forums, analysts, customers to bring external insights
