EY-Parthenon in Brussels is seeking Consultants from October 2027 to join its Strategy & Execution team. You will shape strategic approaches, structure problems, and interact with clients from the outset, contributing to high-impact projects across a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a master’s degree in engineering or economics (MBA a plus), with strong analytical skills, consulting basics, and fluency in English, Dutch, or French.

Qualifications

• Master degree in civil, bio- or business engineering or economics (MBA is a strong asset).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Solid basic consulting skills.
• Strong business sense.
• Strong affinity with AI and interest in applying AI trends in a professional context.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, team player and excellent communicator.
• Excellent knowledge of English, Dutch or French.
• Available to start in October 2027.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to problem structuring and clarification of key issues.
• Suggest approaches to analyze and address the issues.
• Collect and analyze information, incl. conducting client interviews.
• Draft conclusions and possible recommendations.
• Prepare documents for client communication, incl. proposals and project documents.
• Interact with clients and senior team members from the start.
• Contribute to EY-Parthenon thought leadership and business development initiatives.
