Bluecrux is seeking a Product Owner to turn real user needs into valuable Axon features in a hybrid Mechelen office. You will work at the intersection of customers, business, technology, and UX, turning insights into a compelling product roadmap and delivering with the Axon team.

You will translate user stories into sprint work, advocate for great UX, and define success criteria for AI features. Collaboration with Product & Engineering peers is key in this global SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a technical/analytical field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex problems.
• Fluent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• First experience as Product Owner or similar is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Product Discovery: collaborate with customers to gather insights and shape the roadmap.
• Product Delivery: translate user stories into sprint work with clear ownership of scope and priorities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders within the team.
