Customs Support Group is seeking a Technical Business Analyst – AI & Process Automation to bridge business processes and technology, applying AI and automation to real customs and logistics challenges.

You’ll work with product managers, software engineers and operational experts to redesign processes, automate workflows with Power Platform, and ensure scalable, compliant solutions across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in Business Analysis, BPM, process automation or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Translate business problems into clear requirements and solutions.
• Affinity with AI, automation and data‑driven technology.
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity, ownership and continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Experience in customs, logistics or international trade is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and redesign business processes.
• Analyse end‑to‑end processes and identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Translate needs into clear requirements and digital solutions.
• Design future‑state processes, workflows and business rules.
• Model processes using BPMN.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient and compliant.
• Automate processes.
• Identify activities that can be automated or eliminated.
• Design and configure automated workflows.
• Use Power Automate / Power Platform and other automation tech.
• Orchestrate processes across multiple systems.
• Help reduce manual work and increase First‑Time‑Right processing.
• Apply AI to real business problems.
• Identify practical AI use cases and design AI‑powered workflows.
