Customs Support Group is seeking a Technical Business Analyst – AI & Process Automation to bridge business processes and technology. You’ll analyze complex operational processes, design future-state workflows and translate needs into scalable digital solutions across automation and AI.

Work with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and Software Engineers to reduce manual work and increase First-Time-Right processing, leveraging Power Platform and system integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Ability to move between business and technology and communicate with both stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, automation and data-driven technology to improve processes.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and redesign business processes and identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business problems into clear requirements and scalable digital solutions.
• Design future-state processes and business rules; model processes using BPMN.
• Automate processes and design automated workflows across multiple systems.
• Apply AI to real business problems and develop AI-powered workflows and prompts.
