Cronos Europa is seeking a Project Manager (AI training) to lead change management, communication, and training for AI initiatives within a major European Institution. You will design training programs, create materials, mentor users, and monitor adoption to ensure successful organizational change.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 3 years in project or change management, with strong English and proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communication, Organizational Change Management, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management, change management, training delivery, or user adoption programmes.
• Experience working with digital transformation or information management projects.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions for internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement effective training strategies aligned with business and project objectives.
• Create training modules, user guides, learning materials, and adoption content.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and user support to facilitate successful adoption of new tools and processes.
• Collect, analyse, and follow up on user feedback and improvement opportunities.
• Support the creation, organization, and maintenance of Knowledge Base repositories and Knowledge Articles.
• Develop communication and change management strategies to promote awareness, engagement, and adoption.
• Produce high‑quality communication materials, including presentations, FAQs, newsletters, intranet content, and awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and change initiatives.
• Provide support to additional Information Management and digital transformation projects when required.
• Monitor adoption metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
