Koda Tech seeks an AI Transformation Manager (AI Coach) to help teams identify valuable AI opportunities, adopt tools like Copilot, and turn AI ideas into practical improvements in how people work.

You will operate at the intersection of AI, business transformation, and coaching, collaborating with business teams to spot opportunities, guide experiments, and ensure AI solutions are used in everyday workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital transformation, AI adoption, consulting, or analytics.
• Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models).
• Ability to explain AI in simple, practical terms.
• Experience running workshops and stakeholder engagements.

Responsabilités

• Identify AI opportunities and guide experiments with teams.
• Help teams integrate AI into daily workflows.
• Create prompts and practical examples; build libraries.
• Act as liaison between business teams and AI experts.
