Keystone Solutions seeks a Project Manager to guide client-site software initiatives. You will oversee technical teams, coordinate stakeholders, and drive projects with Scrum, reporting progress to the steering committee.

You will also modernize a legacy Windows client while steering a new web-based solution with proper testing and version control. The role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and hands-on experience with .NET, APIs, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Master's degree with several years in software development.
• Proven leadership, capable of uniting diverse stakeholders and building a strong network.
• Fluency in English and one national language; active knowledge of the other is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee technical teams and coordinate stakeholders using Scrum ceremonies.
• Plan, prioritize tasks and report progress to steering committee.
• Maintain legacy Windows client app and ensure compatibility with new Windows versions.
• Oversee development of a new web-based solution with backend/frontend, tests, and proper version control.
• Manage DevOps and deploy pipelines for apps, services, and infrastructure (IaC).
