A leading automotive firm is offering an internship for an ADAS Performance & Validation Engineer Intern in Brussels (Zaventem). The role involves improving ADAS function evaluation and validation efficiency. Candidates should be master's students in relevant fields, fluent in English, and possess strong programming skills, ideally in Python or C++. Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Enrolled in a master’s program in computer science or automotive engineering.
• Demonstrated programming skills in Python, C++, Matlab/Simulink.
• Experience with simulation software for virtual testing (e.g., IPG CarMaker, dSpace, CARLA).
• Proficiency in automotive camera sensor technologies and/or computer vision.
• Understanding of software V-cycle and validation process.
• Strong interest in automotive and electronics systems.

Responsabilités

• Analyze current procedures of ADAS function evaluation.
• Research state-of-the-art procedures and toolchains for ADAS evaluation.
• Set up new equipment and prototypes for camera recognition performance assessment.
• Establish new procedures and toolchains to increase test automation.
