AAA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Consultant who turns chaos into clarity by monitoring payments and safeguarding cash flow. You will work on a project basis for our clients, bringing balance between numbers, people and processes.

You will follow up on outstanding payments with diplomacy, analyze portfolio data, and collaborate with account managers to determine the best approach for each client. A bilingual NL/FR profile helps you communicate across Belgium.

Qualifications

• Two-language requirement NL/FR; essential for communicating with clients in Belgium.
• Higher education degree in financial field preferred.
• Experience as a Credit Collector or Call Agent is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with empathy and efficiency.

As an Accounts Receivable Consultant, you are the person who brings order to what seems like chaos to others. You are the bridge between numbers, people, and processes. You maintain the overview, monitor payments, and ensure that cash flow keeps moving smoothly.

Your mission as an AAA Consultant

You will work on a project basis for our clients: companies that count on your expertise to strengthen their financial processes. You don’t do this by simply applying pressure, but by finding the right balance according to our AAA formula:

• Attitude: You are diplomatic without becoming vague. You stay calm when others are stressed and have the rare talent of remaining both friendly and clear, even when it comes to money.
• Action: You don’t wait around. You follow up on payments, spot trends in accounts receivable analyses, and resolve disputes before they escalat e. You keep the collection process sharp and prevent bottlenecks in the ordering process.
• Added Value: As a true AAA professional, you always think one step ahead. How can this process be smarter, faster, or more human? Your approach ensures results and a strengthened client relationship.

What you will actually be doing:

Who are you, besides a smooth communicator?

• You are fluent in two languages (NL/FR), which is essential for communicating with all our clients in Belgium.
• You have a higher education degree, preferably in a financial field, but this is not a must.
• You have strong analytical skills and a healthy dose of assertiveness. You believe that efficiency and empathy go hand in hand.
• Experience as a Credit Collector or Call Agent is a great advantage, but your eagerness to learn and contribute ideas is what matters most to us.
