Seven Senders, Europe’s leading cross-border parcel platform, seeks a Team Lead Accounting & Tax to own closing processes and tax filings. You will lead a three-person team and collaborate with the CFO on audits and group reporting.

In a lean multinational setup, you’ll drive automation, improve processes, and ensure VAT and corporate tax compliance while partnering with external advisors. Fluent German and English are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in German HGB accounting with some team supervision.
• Knowledge of German tax obligations (UStG, KStG).
• Proven track record in process improvement or automation.
• Fluent in German and English (C1+).

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a three-person accounting team (AR, AP, GL).
• Oversee month-end close and consolidated group reporting.
• Ensure VAT and corporate tax filings on time; coordinate with external advisors.
• Act as primary contact for annual statutory audit.
• Drive automation and process improvements in BC and related tooling.
