Securitas Technology Belgium in Diegem is seeking an Accounting Manager to own statutory and group accounting, reporting, and to lead the GL and AP teams under the CFO.

You will drive monthly closes, ensure IFRS consolidation, coordinate intercompany and tax processes, and act as a point of contact for auditors, delivering precise financial insights.

The role requires a senior accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic finance environment and collaborates across Controlling and FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant corporate accounting experience.
• Strong end-to-end accounting knowledge (A–Z) with IFRS consolidation.
• Experience with VAT, corporate tax processes and external audits.
• Fluent Dutch and English; good working knowledge of French.
• Excellent Excel skills; experience with D365, Tagetik and Oracle.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accurate monthly close and financial reporting under Belgian GAAP and IFRS.
• Prepare analyses of results, balance sheet, cash flow and group schedules.
• Lead the GL and AP teams; coordinate intercompany positions.
• Coordinate VAT declarations and corporate tax reporting with external advisors.
• Serve as main contact for auditors and internal partners.
• Provide ad hoc financial reporting and business analysis.
