Securitas Technology Belgium in Diegem is seeking an Accounting Manager to own statutory and group accounting, reporting, and to lead the GL and AP teams under the CFO.

You will drive monthly closes, ensure IFRS consolidation, coordinate intercompany and tax processes, and act as a point of contact for auditors, delivering precise financial insights.

The role requires a senior accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic finance environment and collaborates across Controlling and FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant corporate accounting experience.
• Strong end-to-end accounting knowledge (A–Z) with IFRS consolidation.
• Experience with VAT, corporate tax processes and external audits.
• Fluent Dutch and English; good working knowledge of French.
• Excellent Excel skills; experience with D365, Tagetik and Oracle.

Responsabilités

Accounting Manager – Securitas Technology Belgium

Are you an experienced accounting professional ready to combine hands-on accounting expertise with team leadership?

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our Finance team in Diegem. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take ownership of statutory and group accounting & reporting while leading and supporting our GL and AP team.

Your responsibilities:

As Accounting Manager, you will:

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and financial reporting in line with Belgian GAAP and IFRS
• Prepare, analyse and report monthly results, balance sheet, cash flow and Group reporting schedules
• Manage reporting through D365 and Tagetik
• Coordinate intercompany positions and settlements
• Review and validate VAT declarations and coordinate corporate tax reporting with external advisors
• Prepare the annual statutory accounts
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external auditors
• Manage, coach and support the GL & AP accounting team
• Work closely with the CFO, Controlling and FP&A teams
• Provide ad hoc financial reporting and analysis to the business

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent through experience
• Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a corporate environment
• Strong A–Z accounting knowledge
• Experience with statutory reporting, external audits, VAT and corporate tax processes
• Experience with IFRS group reporting and consolidation
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good understanding of French
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/reporting systems
• Experience with D365, Oracle and/or Tagetik is considered a plus
