BDO Leuven is looking for a Senior Consultant Accountancy to transform client financial data into strategic insights and to independently manage a portfolio of client accounts. You will visit clients, prepare interim balance sheets, VAT returns, and annual financial statements, while mentoring junior colleagues and helping shape the future of BDO Leuven.

Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English, with French as a plus, will support cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics.
• At least 2 years of significant accounting experience with solid technical skills.
• ITAA certification is a plus (we’ll support your journey).
• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage various client accounts with a hands-on approach.
• Offer personalised financial advice through regular client visits.
• Tackle detailed tasks: update financial results, interim balance sheets, VAT returns, and annual statements/tax returns.
• Develop future talent by mentoring junior colleagues and building leadership skills.
