Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is seeking a full-time Shift Technician to join the Maintenance Department. You will support day-to-day maintenance activities, fault finding, preventive maintenance, and project support across production equipment.

You will be the primary contact during shifts, handle emergencies, document activities, and contribute to TPM initiatives while ensuring health, safety and ISO 16949/14001 aligned practices.

Qualifications

• HND or MQF Level 4 qualification in a relevant field and Wireman A & B Licenses.
• Experience within the maintenance field.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with department head or engineer on tasks and assist in activities.
• Assist in problem-solving on plant systems, production equipment, and services.
• Primary key person during morning/afternoon/night shifts for plant stability.
• First responder for emergencies, alarms and breakdowns during shift.
• Document work activities and maintenance logs in a timely and organized manner.
• Maintain spare parts inventory following policies and procedures.
• Participate in TPM activities and implement improvements.
• Comply with health, safety and environmental policies and regulations.
