A leading flexible packaging company in New South Wales is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strong customer relationships across the region. The role requires over 7 years of experience in business development and account management within packaging or food manufacturing. A strong technical understanding of flexible packaging solutions is essential, along with a consultative approach to sales. This position offers a competitive salary, benefits, and the chance for autonomy in a growing market.
Salary: $120000 - $135000 per annum, Benefits: + Super + Car Allowance + Bonus

With a strong foothold in food manufacturing – particularly fresh proteins, dairy, smallgoods and coffee – the company is now investing heavily to expand further into NSW. This newly created Business Development Manager role is all about growth. Reporting directly to the NSW State Manager, you’ll take the lead in building the company’s presence across the region, unlocking new accounts and strengthening long-term partnerships. It’s a consultative, high-value sales role where average deal sizes range from $50k through to multimillion-dollar partnerships, with sales cycles involving deep technical engagement and customer trials.
