Myer Miranda is seeking an experienced Counter Manager to lead the Yves Saint Laurent counter, empowering a team to deliver exceptional beauty experiences and drive sales.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will develop the team, maintain product knowledge, manage rosters, and uphold high standards of service and presentation.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a cosmetics team.
• Strong customer service and upselling abilities.
• Clear communication and people skills.
• Proficient makeup application and skin care knowledge.
• Experience leading a beauty counter with budget and schedules.

• Confident and skilled at Makeup application and Skin care
• Inspirational customer service and selling skills
• Previous experience leading and managing a team in a cosmetics business.
• Financial acumen to work to budgets and effectively plan weekly rosters
