National Networks Plus is seeking a Youth Worker to support individuals in the Cairns region. You will build relationships, collaborate with stakeholders and respond to crises to provide immediate and coordinated assistance.

Requirements include Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or equivalent, First Aid/CPR, NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children checks, plus 6+ months experience with children or disability.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or other relevant field (eg: Disability, Mental Health etc.).
• Hope & Healing Certificate (or willing to obtain).
• Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain).
• Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain).
• Current Working with Children check (or willing to obtain).
• Recent and minimum 6 months experience working with children or experience working with clients with Disability is a must.
• 2 professional supervisor references.
• Unrestricted Queensland Driver's License.

YOUTH WORKER

• Hope & Healing Certificate (or willing to obtain)

• Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
• Current (Paid) Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)
• Recent and minimum 6 months experience working with children or experience working with clients with Disability is a must
• 2 professional supervisor references
• Unrestricted Queensland Driver's License
