Lifestyle Solutions in Rockhampton is looking for a casual Therapeutic Youth Worker to support young people in care to feel safe, build trust, and believe in their futures. If you’re calm, compassionate, and ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re currently seeking candidates who can work rotating rosters including weekends and overnights (0600-1400, 1400-2200/Sleepover). The role offers $50.61 per hour base plus penalties and super, with salary packaging and various

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family or Community Services, or willingness to enroll.
• Current driver’s license and probity clearances.

Responsibilities

• Support young people with daily routines, care and activities.
• Build positive relationships based on trust and respect.
• Create safe, structured therapeutic environments.
• Respond calmly to challenges and behavioural needs.

0600-1400
1400-2200/Sleepover shift
