Job summary

Raise Your Spirit in Queensland seeks Happiness Coaches to support young people with disabilities in 1:1 settings. You’ll build trust and skills through activities like outdoor play, cooking, gaming, and mindfulness, working weekdays, after school, and weekends with a friendly team.

Qualifications

• A caring heart and positive attitude.
• Willingness to provide 1:1 support, clients thrive with individual attention.
• 12-month commitment to any participant you’re matched with.
• Consistent availability (set days or flexible options).
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with participants, building trust, skills and confidence.
• Engage in activities like outdoor play, cooking, crafting, and gaming.
• Collaborate with a vibrant team and schedule sessions to suit everyone.
• Show up reliably for assigned participants and commitments.
