Life Without Barriers is seeking a Program Assistant to support the Staying on Track services on the Gold Coast. You will coordinate referrals, maintain client records, and assist with service reviews while providing practical support to staff and families.

A background in health or welfare and strong relationship skills are essential. The role requires a current driver licence and First Aid certificate, with a focus on privacy and professional practice.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, welfare or a related field.
• Experience building positive relationships with young people, families and community stakeholders.
• Strong administrative, organisational and database management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Commitment to privacy, confidentiality and professional practice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals and maintain accurate client records.
• Assist with service reviews and manage administrative tasks.
