Bayside Health in Melbourne's metropolitan region is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join a busy public health service. You will manage front-desk duties, patient appointments, and medical records with a focus on accuracy and empathy in a multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Powerchart, and a willingness to undergo checks and influenza vaccination.

Qualifications

• This position requires an experienced medical receptionist with customer focus and initiative.
• Experience with Alfred Care Group software (Powerchart) is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in data entry, data analysis and reporting is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide reception, appointment scheduling and medical records tasks.
• Manage databases and apply Microsoft Office tools to support staff.
• Contribute to the effective delivery of mental health services to young people and families.
