Job summary

APM Employment Services is seeking a Youth Support Worker in Deception Bay to guide participants toward sustainable education and employment outcomes. You will deliver case management, build relationships with stakeholders, and promote candidate strengths to match opportunities.

Ideal candidates are KPI-focused, customer-service driven, and proactive, with the ability to engage employers and collaborate in a high-performing team. Full-time hours apply, with salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check.
• Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
• Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality case management focused on individual goals and barriers to employment.
• Build strong relationships with participants, employers, and community stakeholders.
• Market clients to match them with suitable employment opportunities.
• Drive performance by achieving KPIs and meeting targets.
