Job summary

HYPAR Residential Care is seeking youth workers in the Ipswich area to mentor and support young people with high to complex needs in a stable, therapeutic home environment.

The role involves empowering participants, promoting healthy lifestyles, helping access health and community services, and maintaining daily notes and incident reports within a collaborative house team. A supportive team offers guidance and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 roster.
• Understanding of child protection system; therapeutic background preferred.

Responsibilities
