Job summary

Lives Lived Well is seeking a Lead Drug and Alcohol Worker (DAFA) to drive the Tokoko Integrated Recovery Pathways Program in the Wide Bay region. The role focuses on community engagement, education and workforce capability to support young adults 18-25 and families.

Based in Bundaberg, Hervey Bay and surrounding areas, the position collaborates with local services, schools and community groups to strengthen pathways into support and recovery, using trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience in Alcohol and Other Drugs, Mental Health or related fields.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and promote DAFA initiatives across Wide Bay.
• Facilitate workshops and community education activities.
• Strengthen referral pathways between services.
• Build capability of local organisations and community members.
