Lives Lived Well on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our Community Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Services. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise a multidisciplinary team and ensure high-quality, recovery-focused support across the region.

Qualifications

Leadership experience within health, community services, mental health or AOD settings.
Experience coaching, mentoring and developing staff.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Current Australian Driver Licence.
qualifications in social care or related discipline are required.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise and support a multidisciplinary team delivering community AOD services.
Provide clinical oversight and practice guidance to ensure high-quality, recovery-focused support.
Monitor service delivery, client outcomes and contractual requirements.
Support staff development through supervision, coaching and practice development activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to service improvement, innovation and quality initiatives.
