Job summary

Baldivis Secondary College, part of the Department of Education, Western Australia, seeks experienced Teacher - Year Coordinators to join our Student Support team for ongoing pool development. You will work with allied staff to foster wellbeing and coordinate year-level programs.

In collaboration with school leadership, you will help implement streamlined MTSS processes, promote belonging, restore restorative practices, and support attendance and community relations across the school.

Qualifications

• Hold an eligible teaching qualification and registration.
• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have valid work rights for the term of the appointment.
• Complete WA Working with Children Check before you start.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Year level activities and support MTSS framework implementation.
• Promote student wellbeing and a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with Deputy Principal and Heads of Student Services to enhance attendance and student engagement.
