You will develop evidence-based programs, mentor staff, and oversee wellbeing responses for the cohort, promoting student belonging and strong relationships across the college.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic Pastoral Leader with strong wellbeing focus.
• Experience in implementing wellbeing programs within secondary education.
• Ability to lead pastoral care staff and promote inclusive learning.

Responsibilities

• Implement SCS wellbeing programs identified by Student Wellbeing teams.
• Develop and evaluate evidence-based wellbeing programs.
• Lead inclusive, safe learning culture across designated cohorts.
• Monitor and respond to students' wellbeing needs.
• Foster belonging and positive relationships within the college.
