Department of Education Victoria – Monterey Secondary College in Frankston North is seeking a leader to drive high-quality teaching across Years 7–12. The role focuses on trauma-informed positive education, inclusive practices, and building strong community partnerships.

The successful candidate will lead curriculum planning in major learning areas, manage staff performance, and guide school improvement initiatives within the Frankston North Education Plan framework.

Formación

• Provisional or full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
• Demonstrated experience in the relevant curriculum area.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusive education.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage whole-school improvement initiatives aligned with the school’s priorities.
• Plan, implement and evaluate curriculum development in major learning areas.
• Oversee staff performance and professional development frameworks.
• Coordinate transition and inclusion programs to support student pathways.

Educación
