Job summary

Programmed Property Services is a leading provider of painting, signage and grounds maintenance services. We are seeking a 1st year Apprentice Painter to learn the trade on various commercial sites under supervision, receiving hands‑on experience and formal TAFe training.

You will work with a team of experienced painters and managers, gaining full exposure to the painting process and safety standards while developing a long-term career within the Programmed family.

• Ability to follow direction with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to listen and understand customer and company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn the painting trade through hands-on experience on customer sites.
• Work closely with qualified painters and managers while gaining on-the-job training.
• Receive formal training at TAFE and practical experience on site.
• Progress through the four-year apprenticeship toward becoming a qualified painter and potential future leader.
