Job summary

Workfast is seeking an experienced Warehouse Labourer/All-Rounder to join a busy industrial yard in Blacktown. The role focuses on forklift operation, labouring, and moving heavy formwork components within a heavy industrial environment.

You will work a consistent day shift, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, six days per week, with overtime potential. Must hold LF forklift licence, be physically fit, and have reliable transport. Australian work rights required; teamwork and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Forklift Licence (LF).
• Proven labouring experience in warehouse/yard or heavy industrial settings.
• Ability to carry materials over uneven terrain and lift heavy steel components safely.
• Reliability, strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, and move heavy materials around the yard and warehouse.
• Labouring and removal of Formwork structures.
• Perform manual handling and organise heavy steel components.
• Manage daily yard logistics, receiving and dispatch duties to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure all materials are processed and staged for delivery.
• Follow strict site safety protocols and participate in toolbox talks.

Workfast is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Labourer, All-Rounder to join our team working at a busy industrial climbing company - $39 ph.

This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled warehouse and forklift operators with heavy industrial or steel experience to secure consistent day-shift work managing logistics for the Blacktown region.

Consistent Monday – Saturday 6 days a week schedule, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements:

Current and valid Forklift Licence (LF)

Labouring and removal of Formwork structures

Proven experience in a warehouse, yard, or heavy industrial environment

High level of physical fitness and capability to manually lift and handle heavy steel components safely

Valid driver's licence and reliable transport to warehouse

Valid Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or unrestricted visa)

Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a strict attitude toward workplace safety

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

Key Responsibilities:
