Job summary

Challenge Implements is Australia's largest manufacturer and is seeking a Yard Person/Yard Hand for its Orange NSW site. The role covers warehouse and production tasks, loading/unloading freight, replenishing stock, and assembling components to meet customer specs.

Qualifications

• Must have full Australian work rights; sponsorship is not available.
• Mechanical aptitude and forklift licence are essential.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Experience in production, assembly, warehousing or yard management.
• Experience with warehousing software/ERPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe yard environment.
• Load and unload freight; assist customers and drivers as required.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment.
• Replenish picking stock in yard and warehouse.
• Assist with stocktake and stock management; pick and pack transfer orders.
• Label inventory on receival; assist workshop staff with general duties.
• Use warehouse systems to process orders and navigate the yard.
