Job summary

Hardware & General Supplies Limited, a long‑standing family business in Sydney, has served the building and plumbing trade since 1960. We’re seeking a reliable warehouse team member to operate a forklift, handle materials safely, load and unload deliveries, and prepare orders for dispatch.

You’ll join a supportive team across warehouse, yard and store areas, with weekly pay, staff discounts after probation, and real career pathways across multiple Sydney locations.

Qualifications

• Must have full Australian working rights.
• Valid forklift licence (LF) required.
• Able to lift/move up to 25 kg.
• Experience with building materials desirable but not essential.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operating forklift and handling heavy materials safely
• Loading and unloading deliveries and vehicles
• Receiving, sorting, and allocating inbound stock
• Preparing and dispatching orders for delivery
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or damage
• Working across warehouse, yard, and store areas as required
• Supporting smooth day-to-day warehouse operations
