Job summary

NHS Trade in Beresfield, NSW is seeking a motivated Yard Person to join our team. This hands-on role keeps our yard organized, stocks shelves, prepares customer orders, and assists customers with product selections.

What does a Yard Person do at NHS?

This is a physically active, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys staying busy and working as part of a team.

You'll play an important role in keeping our yard organised, maintaining stock levels, preparing customer orders, and helping ensure customers receive the right products safely and efficiently.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Working with all thing’s timber, hardware, plasterboard and building products
• Picking of products for customer orders
• Loading of customer orders in vehicles
• Stocking and re-stocking products in racks and bays
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Conducting stock counts and stocktakes
• Participating in toolbox meetings
