Synergie Australia is seeking 2x Yard Hands with a HR licence to join a leading bulk liquid and packaged waste company located in St Marys. This day shift role starts at 8am and offers a temp-to-perm pathway within a dynamic, safety-conscious team.

You will perform yard duties, assist with loading and unloading, handle equipment, and contribute to safe waste collection and disposal activities. Strong reliability and a commitment to WH&S are essential, with opportunity for long-term career

• Experience as a yard hand or labouring/transport role.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily yard operations and housekeeping.
• Moving and positioning equipment within the yard.
• Loading, unloading and securing equipment and materials.
• Assisting with liquid waste collection and disposal activities.
• Completing required paperwork and safety documentation.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment.

What you will be required to do:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Hand / HR Driver to join a leading company in the liquid waste industry. This is a hands-on role that combines yard duties with driving responsibilities and offers long-term career opportunities for the right candidate.
