Job summary

Mr Scaffold is seeking a reliable, hardworking Yardie/Logistics Officer for a full-time role at our Sydney area depots, including Wetherill Park and Garden Island. The position involves hands-on yard operations, loading/unloading, driving, and supporting construction-site deliveries.

You will work a variable schedule with early starts (5:00 am) to late finishes (4:00 pm), and enjoy the opportunity to develop your skills through training and licensing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's industry experience in logistics, warehousing, equipment handling, yard operations or a similar role.
• Current and valid driver's licence.
• Ability and confidence to drive a manual vehicle.
• Strong work ethic and a reliable, punctual attitude.
• Physical fitness for manual handling and labour-intensive duties.
• Must obtain a police check and any required security clearances.
• Australian citizenship is required for security clearance.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and meet fitness-to-work requirements.
• Willingness to undertake a medical and Fitness to Work clearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A safety-first mindset and willingness to learn.

Based predominantly at our Wetherill Park depot, you may also be required to work at Garden Island and various construction sites across the Sydney metropolitan area.

Working hours will vary depending on operational requirements, with start and finish times generally falling between 5:00 am and 4:00 pm.
