Job summary

Horsham Motor Company Pty Ltd, Horsham VIC, is seeking a reliable Dealership Support & Yard Assistant to help present the showroom and yard, assist with vehicle movements, cleaning, and general tasks across the business.

You will need a current Australian Driver's Licence, a punctual, hands-on approach, and a professional manner with customers and colleagues. Prior yard hand or detailing experience is welcome but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• A current Australian Driver's Licence is required.
• Reliable, punctual and hands-on approach to work.
• Ability to present dealership facilities to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean & maintain dealership facilities and showrooms.
• Wash and prepare vehicles for display and delivery.
• Assist with vehicle movements and presentation around the dealership.
• Maintain cleanliness of yard and display areas.
• Complete general grounds maintenance and rubbish removal.
• Conduct customer drop-offs and collections as required.
• Provide support to various departments with day-to-day tasks.
• Identify and report maintenance, presentation, or safety concerns.
• Help ensure the dealership remains clean, safe, and professionally presented.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and motivated Dealership Support & Yard Assistant to join our team.

This is a varied role that supports the day-to-day presentation and operation of the dealership. It is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and professional environment while assisting with a range of practical tasks across the business.

No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to help wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean & maintain dealership facilities, including showrooms, offices, customer areas, bathrooms & staff areas.
• Wash and prepare vehicles for display and customer delivery.
• Assist with vehicle movements and presentation around the dealership.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of yard and display areas.
• Complete general grounds maintenance and rubbish removal.
• Conduct customer drop-offs and collections as required.
• Provide support to various departments with day-to-day tasks.
• Identify and report maintenance, presentation, or safety concerns.
• Help ensure the dealership remains clean, safe, and professionally presented.

About You

• A current Australian Driver's License.

• A practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to assist where required.
