Zusammenfassung

Modular WA is seeking a motivated Yard Coordinator to join our award-winning team in Wangara and Landsdale, WA. You will work closely with building supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient yard operations for our modular construction projects.

Key duties include unloading deliveries, checking dockets, loading materials for trades, packing houses for transport, maintaining the stockroom and yard, updating stock lists, and supporting concrete slab layout.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver's license Class C (manual).
• White Card.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, tools and equipment used in modular construction.
• Current First Aid Certificate.

Aufgaben

• Unload deliveries, receipt of goods, check against delivery docket and follow up discrepancies.
• Load materials and equipment into houses ready for trades to commence works.
• Pack houses ready for transport.
• Maintain the materials store and manufacturing yard in a clean and tidy condition.
• Maintain standard stock list and order materials as required.
• Assist the supervisor with marking out locations for the delivery of concrete slabs making sure all yard space is used efficiently.
• Lead by example in the adoption and implementation of the HSEQ Management Plan.
• Build effective and beneficial relationships with all yard staff, suppliers, and trade contractors.

We are currently looking for a motivated Yard Coordinator to join our award winning and experienced team to assist in the effective and efficient operation of our construction yard. Working closely with the building supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers you will form a key component of our modular construction team.

The role presents an excellent opportunity to the right individual to establish themselves as a key member of our team. Based in our facilities in Wangara and Landsdale, you will join the team at an exciting time as we look to grow and diversify our business.

The Role
