Job summary

Adaptalift Group is seeking a Yard Coordinator in the Truganina workshop and yard to keep operations smooth and well-organised. The role is hands-on, with duties spanning yard maintenance, equipment prep for deliveries, and supporting the workshop team.

Essential: full Australian working rights and a valid forklift licence. You will perform visual inspections, maintain safety standards, and coordinate movements while adapting to changing priorities.

We’re looking for a Yard Coordinator to help keep our Truganina workshop and yard organised and running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role with plenty of variety, suited to someone who enjoys staying active, working with equipment and helping the wider workshop team.

What you’ll be doing

• Organising equipment and maintaining a clean, safe and orderly yard
• Preparing equipment for deliveries, collections and workshop work
• Carrying out visual inspections and reporting any damage or issues
• Cleaning equipment and assisting with basic maintenance tasks
• Coordinating equipment movements and supporting the workshop team as needed
