Job summary

Raine & Horne in Bowral, NSW, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a part-time role with flexible working arrangements.

You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate works independently, communicates professionally, and can meet tight deadlines while handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping experience with Xero.
• Experience in payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
• Confidence working across multiple entities.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A dependable, organised approach and the ability to work independently.
• Discretion when handling confidential information.
• Friendly, professional communication skills.
• Real estate experience is welcome but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Processing accounts payable and receivable
• Completing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Processing payroll and maintaining payroll records
• Managing supplier accounts and recording intercompany transactions
• Preparing financial records and supporting information for external accountants and BAS lodgements
• Keeping financial records accurate and up to date
