Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy bar environment.
• Role requires waiting tables.
• Rotating roster including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for drinks and cocktails.
• Classic cocktail knowledge.
• Ability to make well-presented drinks to a high standard at a fast pace.
• Delivery of friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Coffee making experience preferred.
• Exceptional grooming standards.
• A NSW RSA certificate.
• Police check required on onboarding.
