RAC Auto Services in Balcatta, WA, is seeking an experienced Team Leader/Workshop Controller to oversee the Balcatta Service Centre. You will lead a skilled workshop, drive KPI performance, and ensure outstanding service.

Ideal candidates are qualified automotive technicians with leadership experience, valid C-Class and MVR licences, and a proven ability to coach a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified Automotive Technician.
• Licensing: C-Class Driver's Licence and Motor Vehicle Repairer's Licence.
• Technical skills in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics.
• Leadership abilities to motivate, coach and mentor a diverse team.
• Organisational strength to prioritise tasks, manage workload and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Automotive Technicians and Apprentices.
• Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure KPIs are met.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold RAC's quality standards.
• Coordinate workflow and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Liaise with members, suppliers, and internal teams to support service excellence.
