Job summary

TEFOL North Queensland is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead operations at our Mackay facility. You will coordinate servicing, repairs and workshop activities, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence while supporting the branch manager and workshop team.

Job description

TEFOL North Queensland is growing - and we're looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor at our state-of-the-art facility in Mackay.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands workshops, equipment, people and deadlines. You'll coordinate servicing and repairs, support the workshop team, manage priorities and ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, within budget and to specification.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager, workshop personnel, suppliers and customers to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the workshop.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A practical approach to problem solving and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
