Centurion is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join the Wangaratta team. This hands-on leadership role will oversee daily workshop operations, coordinate servicing and maintenance across our fleet of trucks, trailers, dollies and heavy vehicles, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
You’ll lead and mentor the workshop team, manage daily priorities and on-call requirements, and support a safety-first culture across shifts.
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our Wangaratta team. This hands-on leadership role will oversee the daily operations of the workshop, coordinate servicing and maintenance across our fleet of trucks, trailers, dollies, and heavy vehicles, lead and support the workshop team, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with Centurion’s policies. This role operates Monday to Friday, with on-call requirements and a rotating weekend roster.
