Job summary

Centurion is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our Helidon depot workshop operations, coordinating fleet maintenance and ensuring safe, efficient outcomes for transport services.

You will oversee workshop jobs, prioritise repairs to minimise downtime, supervise staff and ensure accurate documentation, with a focus on OH&S and quality workmanship. Join a team with reliable weekly pay and permanent full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified heavy diesel mechanic required.
• Supervisory/leadership experience essential.
• HR licence is essential; forklift licence preferred.
• Strong documentation, compliance and paperwork skills.
• Good communication and organisation abilities.
• Australian work rights required.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and oversee workshop jobs.
• Prioritise repairs to minimise fleet downtime.
• Supervise staff and ensure quality workmanship.
